"I can not even say how much I love working with this team of professionals at Jeff Gilbert!! Julia, is an absolute joy and Jeff, is by far the most professional insurance agent I have ever worked with. (the rest of the team is great too) Going on over 15 years with them with no change in site! Your never just a client more family, we were actually out to lunch one day and Jeff noticed my wife and I and sent us a nice treat to the table. Customer service and knowing your customers is their top priority! If your looking to make a switch this is the group to move to!"

"After months of sales calls to get a quote I finally agreed. Then spent time to compare quotes and even cancel my current policy, all to have his associate tell me she did not finish her work prior to submitting my quote and now they could not insure my family due to very old tickets. I called the agent (his calls are screened) and emailed him twice all to be ignored. If you aren't going to provide good customer service and make good on your quotes then don't bother people, we have better things to do."

"Completely unacceptable service StateFarm withdrew $110 from my mortgage account. Their agent was not able to solve the issue in 20 day. So, i decide to email Jeff Gilbert and he never reply and StateFarm Direct line is nothing but number could not be dialed massage. So, you have to go through these agents. Sucks"

My post is to review this business only, as it should be. My experience is fast and friendly service, backed by a great Insurance company - State Farm.
